Return Policy

At Caofen, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1) Return Eligibility

New and Unused Items (Within 7 Days of Receipt):
You may return any item in brand-new and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Used Items:
If the item has been used, it may still be returned within 7 days of purchase, but a 50% restocking fee will apply along with the return shipping cost. The item must be free of damage, and for electric bikes, the odometer reading must be under 20 miles.

New and Unused Items (Beyond 7 Days):
If you wish to return an item beyond the 7-day window, you may do so if it is still in new and unused condition. However, a 30% restocking fee will apply, and the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, you must contact caofenmotorcycle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2) Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable:

· Complimentary (free) items.

· Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

· Items that have been modified or tampered with.

3) Return Process

To initiate a return, contact Caofen Team's Customer Support at caofenmotorcycle@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4) Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 


 

Refund Policy

The final refund amount will be subject to deductions for restocking fees, return shipping costs, and any applicable insurance fees from the original order.

For return orders, the refund will only be processed after the returned item has been successfully delivered and inspected by our warehouse. Customers will receive email notifications regarding the refund status. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be fully processed.
